Director and Principal Certifier

Knight Building Certification is led by Aaron, an experienced Building Certifier with extensive knowledge of the NSW building certification and construction industry.

Aaron understands construction from both sides, as a currently registered Builder himself — not just what’s on the plans, but what actually happens onsite. This hands-on experience allows him to take a practical, thorough and common-sense approach to building certification and inspections.

Having worked throughout the local area for many years, Aaron has built strong relationships with builders, designers and homeowners across the NSW North Coast. He prides himself on being approachable, responsive and easy to deal with, with a focus on clear communication and helping projects move through the certification process efficiently.

Registered Swimming Pool Inspector & Building Inspector Trainee

Ian is a Registered Swimming Pool Inspector and Trainee Building Inspector, bringing a fresh perspective to the team backed by university education and broader experience within government.

While relatively new to the building certification industry, Ian brings strong attention to detail, a professional approach and an understanding of working within regulatory environments.

Ian takes a practical and thorough approach to inspections and enjoys working with homeowners to make the inspection process clear and straightforward.

Friendly, approachable and always happy to have a chat, Ian is a great fit for Knight Building Certification with a focus on providing professional certification with relaxed, down-to-earth customer service.

Office Manager

As the Office Manager at Knight Building Certification, Natasha is keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly and helping make the certification process as easy as possible for our clients.

With previous experience in local Government across Regulatory and Planning Services, along with Executive Officer experience in the Private Sector, Natasha brings a strong understanding of processes, administration and the importance of clear communication.

Organised, approachable and always happy to help, Natasha enjoys working with our local clientele and building genuine relationships with homeowners, builders and consultants throughout the region.

As one of the first points of contact, Natasha is focused on providing friendly, responsive service and making sure clients feel supported throughout the certification process.
